It’s been a really nice year for Happy Accidents. The indie-punk trio released their debut album You Might Be Right on Alcopop! Records which received attention from publications including Noisey, DIY, Kerrang! and Rock Sound Magazine. After catching the attention of BBC Introducing London, the band went on to be played on Annie Mac and Huw Stephen's shows before being awarded a slot on the BBC Introducing stage at Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Formed by brothers Rich and Neil Mandell and Phoebe Cross back in 2014, Happy Accidents craft the kind of earworms that will be rattling round your head for months to come – fusing their deep-seated love of 90s punk and indie, whilst still managing to sound as fresh as any of their contemporaries. Quickly making a name for themselves in DIY punk circles, they’ve captured the attention of fans and peers alike with their unique pairing of introspective lyrics with the biggest hooks they can muster.
